Paul met with us initially and he could not have been more professional and helpful, taking time to explain how they would diagnose the issue then sort it if we chose to ask them to do so.The car was booked in, diagnosed as being a faulty pump and that was replaced. I was a bit dubious at first due to the potential costs which may have arisen after the initial meet. An independent Mercedes shop looked as best they could, but they were not experts at hydraulic roofs, and they thought that some hydraulic fluid under the rear seat was a symptom of the failing roof.Luckily for me I found Cayman Auto Services and booked the car in for a diagnosis.
