And I think a lot of the solutions, I was, I was reading an article about a guy in Laos, okay? And I mean, and it does take discipline and it's like, I gotta get up. Or Both? But that's what worked for me because, and, and when I felt uncomfortable, I got up and left and I went back to my room and I called another alcoholic and said, Dude, I was just at dinner, everybody was drinking wine, got a little crazy and slowly it got better. Mike Sarraille: Keith Richards got to do his thing with Chuck Berry, and I got to do it with Westerberg. It's different for different people. But, but it is, it is fun, you know? "And when something good . Um, you know, and it was, it was, uh, yeah, we weren't like starving, but, you know, I mean, we didn't have anything. That, that is serious trauma. You know, And it was like, and my mother was very much so like, come here, I'm gonna show you how to sew a button on your shirt so you don't need a woman to do this for you. And what does everyone do? It breaks my heart, because since 9/11 Americans have been sort of traumatised. And I'm like, Oh, no, no, no, not at all.
